1930's inspired nuptials

When bride Sam came into the studio this summer and told us her fiance and she were planning a vintage-inspired wedding, we were just tickled with delight. Fast forward to September, when Jeff and Carolle had the pleasure of photographing their traditional Catholic ceremony and classy backyard reception in Chester, New Hampshire . . . combine a stunning bride with a playful wedding party, throwback details and a gorgeous fall day? Well, you can tell these were just images we HAD to share!

Congrats to Sam and Blake . . . so much fun working with such a creative couple!

A SoCal inspired senior session.

Jackie and her mom came to our Beach Portrait Day this September for Jackie's senior portraits. Jackie was game for just about anything- Jeff photographed her under the bridge right by the water, on sand dunes and in the middle of the beach. Her session attracted quite an audience of curious on-lookers!

We think Jackie's session has a very "California" flare . . . pretty impressive for fall in New Hampshire. Here are some of our favorite images from that afternoon!

Great job, Jackie- we were stoked (wow, now we even sound like we're from Cali) your beach day session turned out so beautifully. Good luck with your senior year!

This year, the Red Cross will be "Honoring Our Military Through the Generation" with the night's proceeds benefiting the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund in NH. The event is a black tie affair of dinner and dancing, so get on your dancing shoes in support!

Ithaca, NY

A couple weeks back, Jeff and Carolle took a weekend escape out to the Finger Lakes in New York state. I, for one, have never traveled to this part of the country before . . . but now it's definitely on my list of must-visits. Jeff returned with dozens of breathtaking images that will make you want to pack up the car and drive immediately.

The office soundtrack

Not to be confused with "The Office" soundtrack, which might be entirely epic . . . but I digress . . .

Jeff, Carolle and I all have Ipods and Pandora accounts that sometimes fight for airtime at the studio (Jeff usually wins). But if you catch one of us at a time when no one else is around, here is what you'll hear filling the walls of the studio:

Jeff:

Carolle:

Abby:

(Abby also listens to a lot of audiobooks when she's framing . . . mainly epic children's novels I missed out on as a kid. So, if you ever pop by and hear a British accent coming from the back room, don't be alarmed. It's probably just Tolkien.)
