Wedding Program

This past Saturday Carolle and I presented a program on Wedding photography. This all day program covered the logisitcs of how to best cover an event, how to look for beauty all around, and how to work with families and bridal parties in the most efficient manner.



We had attendees who had never photographed an event to folks who have photographed 100's. Students came from all over NH, ME and MA.



Each year Carolle and I donate our time to help raise funds for The New Hampshire Professional Photographers Association. This is a trade organization that aims to educate it's members and increase the level of professionalism in the industry. Joanne McDonough http://www.joyabeauty.com/ and Lena Hartford http://www.hairthatmoves.com/ provided hair and makeup for our model Jen Dupuis. All three did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for all you do to help out!!!

Something a bit different!

Last week we spent some time with Lena Hartford http://www.hairthatmoves.com/ and Joanne McDonough http://www.joyabeauty.com/ They helped us so much on a look that has been in our heads since seeing The house of the flying daggers. Crazy for you!

Glamour portraits!

Jeff and the girls go west!

This fall Carolle and I were asked to speak at the Wyoming Professional Photographers association. The conference happened to fall during the week of Winter vacation here, so we took the kids!! We gave two presentations. One about the decisions we made on how and when to open our studio, and one on children's photography. We also we judges for the states annual print competition.

I am so proud to tell you that my girls behavior was so good, they received an award from WYPPA for it. I think they were completley embarrassed during the banquet!!

While we were in the area we visited the Denver Art Museum and Skiied at Eldora just outside Boulder. Most importantly we met a lot of great people, and missed three snowstorms back home!!
